We are looking for someone experienced in Digital Marketing/E-commerce to join our expanding team at Pimm. Our placement is literally at the Epicenter of Stockholm where we are part of the innovation scene at Epicenter, House of Innovation. We are an Design and communication agency working towards a variety of businesses and markets where the products and services often require high involvement.


You need to be curious and entrepreneurial as you will be responsible for driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness for both our diverse range of client accounts as well as to grow Pimm. This role goes beyond project management, as it also involves a commercial target for our clients as well as requiring you to contribute to new business development for the agency. To succeed in this role you therefore need to be structured, commercially driven, social and outgoing and with a strong analytical mind.


Main responsibilities


  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy and execution plan tailored to the specific needs of our diverse client portfolio.

  • Digital Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimise digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns across various channels to achieve a strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for our clients.

  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets for campaigns across digital channels, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

  • A/B Testing and Optimisation: Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation strategies to enhance campaign performance for our clients.

  • KPI Optimisation: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimisation for key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media channels, meeting or exceeding client objectives.

  • New Business Development: Utilise your skills, network and connections to contribute to the agency's commercial targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Exploration of New Channels: Identify and test new marketing channels for both client projects and new business development for Pimm.

  • Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies for clients and contribute to the agency's business development efforts.

  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with management to share insights, provide feedback on client projects, and present results. Additionally, contribute to the agency's business development reporting.

  • Networking and Relationship Building: Leverage your network and connections to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.


Key requirements


  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within an agency setting, with strong experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to contribute to the commercial success of an agency by bringing in new business through existing networks and connections.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive decision-making. Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta. Experience within TikTok is beneficial.

  • Network and Connections: A well-established network and connections within the industry to quickly generate new business opportunities for the agency.

  • Goal-Oriented: Highly goal-oriented individual with a focus on achieving results for both clients and the agency.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and one or more Nordic language to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and engage with potential clients and partners.

  • Problem Solver: Open-minded, curious, and adept at solving complex problems.

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to campaign management and reporting.

  • Cross-Platform Curiosity: A strong interest in exploring new platforms and technologies to drive performance.

  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities and drive client projects with data-driven arguments.

  • Team Player: Values a sharing culture, thrives on teamwork, yet takes ownership and pride in individual contributions.

  • Feedback-Driven: Embraces a feedback culture, using constructive feedback to improve and deliver above expectations.
